Claire manages FremantleMedia’s central new media division FMX. FMX is a development and production unit for new media projects as well as holding a genre responsibility across all new media activities in the group. Some of FMX’s recently announced projects include a collaboration with iVillage on an online drama called Parentshood and an online music community site called URFantastic. FMX works with all major new media players around the world.



Since joining FremantleMedia in November 2001, Claire has been involved in a number of high profile new media projects, most notably the interactive activities for various versions of the Idols programmes around the world. These have included highly successful websites in a number of countries and ground breaking mobile products including the first ever SMS vote on American television for American Idol 2.

Claire also oversaw the deployment of some of FremantleMedia’s most famous game show brands such as The Price Is Right and Family Feud on a number of interactive platforms. Before joining FremantleMedia, Claire held various positions within the Pearson Group, including Head of New Media for Pearson Education Europe. Prior to this, she was a strategy consultant at Monitor Company.
